If you are moving from anywhere or to anywhere out of our service area, there is fuel surcharge/mileage charge of $1.00 per mile each way. Service areas are normally defined by the city limits of the largest city in the metro area; for example Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. North Austin & outside other service areas will incur mileage fees. Call a moving manager for pricing.
If we have to pick up at more than one location there is a $25 surcharge per additional location and $1.00 per mile
There is a $50/hour Waiting Time rounded to the nearest quarter hour (for example, when the movers are waiting for you to sign your lease, get your keys, or just waiting for you to arrive at a pick-up or drop-off location.)
There will be a $50 rescheduling fee if you reschedule within 24 hours of your move.
Normally substitutions are not allowed. The moving company reserves the right to make substitution decisions. Moveforfree.com staff and locators cannot approve or make substitution decisions.
The moving company reserves the right to deny service of moving specific items that are deemed unsafe to move.
The moving company reserves the right to reschedule moves that occur during inclement weather conditions to the next available open time slot.
Due to a large volume of hot checks and canceled credit cards, the moving company only accepts cash for payment of extras.
Tips to movers are appreciated, but not required.
