I would like to note for the record that my movers were excellent. At the last minute, my apartment complex asked me to take another apartment than the one I had previously planned on moving in to, and I said yes. However, this was a 3RD FLOOR apartment instead of a second floor, and it never occured to me that I had filled out my online move application saying there was one flight of stairs, and that I would need to change it. So, when we arrived the movers were understandably surprised and unhappy about all the extra work. However, they remained unfailingly polite and professional, and said they would get the job done, no problem. I do not know if you pay them based on the difficulty of the job, but the two of them managed to move all of my belongings up two flights of concrete stairs, and in record time. This was a very big task but they were fantastic. I did tip them quite well, as I felt horrible due to the misunderstanding, but I also wanted you to know of all the extra work they did in case there is something you need to do in the way of compensation.
